Returns Policy
At The Pine Sisters, we do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy. However, we understand that you may sometimes wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.
Return Conditions
Items may only be reported for return after you have physically received them.
Return costs are fully borne by the customer, including any international postage costs.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
All labels and tags must still be attached.
Trying an item on is allowed, but wearing the product is not.
Returning products ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Returns Process
Report your return within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing:

You will then receive the return address of our supplier, located in China.
Please send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.
We recommend using a delivery method with tracking.
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days through the original payment method.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address was provided, the customer is responsible.
Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Conditions
We only accept order cancellations within one hour of placing the order. As soon as an order is placed, it is immediately sent for processing to ensure fast handling and delivery.
For this reason, we cannot make any changes or cancel an order after this one-hour period has passed.
